Includes sod rolls, labor, and delivery. Topsoil needed for leveling is $50/yard, including labor and delivery.
How it Works
- Get a free quote: Provide your address, the area’s square footage, and preferred date for the service
- Our project manager will contact you and after confirmation, send you a quick contract* to ensure we’re on the same page.
- We order the sod and send a crew out on the scheduled date. You’ll get a reminder the day before.
*The contract is for your protection as much as ours, and includes important requests for your permission for use of photography and yard sign placement.

Do I need to be home?
No, no need be home if you are unable to be. Our gentlemen will behave professionally and with integrity either way. They can even take photos of the finished work if you are away on vacation!
