Jovani SImon
President
Jovani leads our
business towards accomplishing our goals and in managing our quality of service. A landscaping company was his
dream from a while back, so we have him to thank for the idea and vision of The Simon Works!
Fun Facts
Favorite food: Tejón (a type of badger)
Unexpected talent: He is remarkably good at volleyball and bowling despite only playing them on rare occasions. He’s the MVP of our church’s occasional volleyball game.
Jesús SImon
Vice-president
Jesús serves as our
second-in-command and our job communication liaison, keeping clients in-the-know throughout the whole project.
Fun Facts
Huge humor: It doesn’t take much to get Jesús laughing! Crack a joke and you might end up catching his contagious laugh!
Lauren SImon
Operations Manager
Designer
Lauren’s who got this whole thing operational and keeps it going, wearing many hats from her main job as the operations manager, to her passion as a designer, to her most important role as Jovani’s supportive wife.
Fun Facts
Favorite food: Popcorn
47 States: Lauren has been to every state except for Louisiana, Hawaii, and Alaska. Puerto Rico too!
Go Bucks!: Lauren comes from a long line of Ohio State fans. Her grandparents, parents, and brother and his wife all met there, and her younger brother is there now. However, Lauren actually spent the first 15 years of her life in Michigan, where her dad worked at the U of M!
