With over five years of experience in lawn care and landscaping, Jovani leads our business towards accomplishing our goals and in managing our quality of service. A landscaping company was his dream from a while back, so we have him to thank for the idea, vision, and launching of The Simon Works!

With several years of experience in lawn care and landscaping, Jesús serves as our second-in-command and our job communication liaison, keeping clients in-the-know throughout the whole project.

Lauren’s who got this whole thing operational and keeps it going, wearing many hats from her main job as the operations manager to her passion as a designer. She’s the bookkeeper, financial officer and advisor, minute-taker, social media manager, and loving wife to Jovani. She works hard so that The Simon Works works!
